- Once the application is accepted, our team will get in touch with you to discuss your requirements. Based on your inputs, the team shall analyze your requirements and shall suggest minimum two suitable profiles per month.
- We provide only consultancy, our role is limited only to provide connection between the families willing to take our services for matrimonial alliance.
- We provide services on the information provided to us by the clients. However, we do not take responsibility for the wrong or misleading information provided to us . Once the profile and other details are shared with the clients, they are advised to verify the credentials, of prospective, bride/ bride groom and their background at their own responsibility. If any party desires the services of third party verification agencies , the same shall be provided at extra cost .
- Our one-time service charge of Rs 51000+taxes shall be charged at the time of finalization of alliance between the parties. In case of nonpayment of service charge by the parties, Swati Astro Matrimonial can recover the dues through legal proceedings and all expenses including legal expenses shall be recoverable from the party.
- We only act as consultant between the parties and have no personal relationship or interest with any party. The party is responsible for covering all expenses related to the meetings.
- We shall not be responsible for any loss due to wrong information provided to us by any party as we only forward the information provided to us in the profile for consideration of both the parties.
- We do not take responsibility for any disputes or relationship issues if any which may arise between husband & wife or their families.
